Cybersecurity is an important area for the nation's security point of view. IIIT-Dharwad is committed to contribute its share as an Institute of National Importance in various forms of services like - carefully designed industry oriented relevant courses, study programs, training sessions, skill development workshops etc. for students, working professionals, and also actively engaging in RnD projects with Industries, Government, and Private sectors. Our aim is to make IIIT-Dharwad as one of the focal point for active research and development in Cybersecurity field.

We offer both basic and advanced cybersecurity related courses to B.Tech and Master students enrolled at IIIT Dharwad.
We offer specially designed 1 to 2 day workshops with hands on training sessions, suitable for working professionals.
We have been working on multiple industry and government/private organization funded research projects, and are actively seeking opportunities for new collaborations.
We regularly conduct activities that stimulate learning cybersecurity best practices via seminars, by doing hands-on projects, internships, and competitions like hackthons and capture-the-flag events.
